A critical illness plan pays out a lump sum of money upon the diagnosis of a life threatening illness.

This plan pays out a lump sum of up to $25,000 and will also pay you $500 a day for each day you are hospitalized.

No medical questions and available in all 50 states.

How the Plan Works

The plan will pay you a sum of money (please see brochure for details) upon the diagnosis of certain critical illness. These illnesses include:

•	Life Threatenting Cancer
•	Heart Attack
•	Renal Failure
•	Stroke
•	Coma
•	Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
•	Loss of Sight, Hearing or Speech
•	Major Organ Transplant
•	Paralysis
•	Severe Burns

The plans are guaranteed issue and there are no medical questions. However, pre-existing conditions are not covered for the first 12 months.

This plan pays you in addition to any other health insurance or life insurance plan.

If you cannot get health insurance or were forced to take a limited benefit plan, you should add this coverage. For only $88 a month you will have increased your protection by up to $25,000 and add $500 a day to your hospital benefit.
